I spent 17 years in the United States, working as a software engineer and team leader at Microsoft, and later teaching physics and sciences at colleges in Seattle. This international experience has given me a global perspective on business and technology.<\/p>\n

At the same time, I am the founder of Blue Zygote\u2122 Innovation Think Tank, a platform dedicated to innovation and strategic development, and TimePal\u00ae, a service for those who want to manage their time more effectively. I have also been honored with the Custodian of the Romanian Crown Medal for innovation in entrepreneurship, a great privilege.<\/p>\n

I am also a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and have accumulated over 500 hours of training in leadership development, with international certification. I have dedicated my entire career to helping companies and individuals achieve their goals through innovative strategies that generate not only growth but also real value for customers.<\/p>\n
