I am Dan Mocanu, an entrepreneur, coach, and strategist with a deep passion for innovation and strategic development. I have had the opportunity to work with over 200 companies, including international brands, helping them create new markets and reach their full potential. My approach is based on the "Blue Ocean Strategy," a methodology that helps businesses differentiate themselves and reduce competition through value innovation.
In my career, I have had the opportunity to collaborate with various organizations and business leaders, providing consulting and coaching to enhance individual and team performance. My clients include renowned companies such as Microsoft, Oracle, PwC, Bayer, KPMG, and many others.
I spent 17 years in the United States, working as a software engineer and team leader at Microsoft, and later teaching physics and sciences at colleges in Seattle. This international experience has given me a global perspective on business and technology.
At the same time, I am the founder of Blue Zygote™ Innovation Think Tank, a platform dedicated to innovation and strategic development, and TimePal®, a service for those who want to manage their time more effectively. I have also been honored with the Custodian of the Romanian Crown Medal for innovation in entrepreneurship, a great privilege.
I am also a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and have accumulated over 500 hours of training in leadership development, with international certification. I have dedicated my entire career to helping companies and individuals achieve their goals through innovative strategies that generate not only growth but also real value for customers.
Today, I continue to work with organizations from various industries, guiding them towards success through strategies that create real differentiation in the market.
